Our Story
Luke is really into food. He loves eating, exploring, researching and most of all creating deliciousness. Luke’s spouse, SK, also loves food, especially “food as medicine.” She is a Functional Medicine Health Coach and also possessor of some dietary constraints, e.g. gluten and dairy sensitivities.
This adventure starts with our introduction of snack foods that are:
1) genuinely good for your health (I’m not a doctor or otherwise qualified to give medical advice)
2) made of simple, whole foods
3) maximally accommodating of common dietary restrictions
We make these tasty crackers in a commercial, shared kitchen facility in Hillsborough, NC.

Luke sources organic and local (to North Carolina) ingredients when possible. Right now, all of the seeds we source are organic but not necessarily local.
We are trying to deliver versatile snack products. For instance, we like to treat our crackers like croutons and soup toppers. But don’t let us tell you how to eat a cracker. Do your thing and let us know what’s awesome.
